Vanilla “Confetti” Cupcakes

Delicious vegan, gluten-free vanilla "confetti" cupcakes. Sprinkles may differ. Choice of a single cupcake, 1/2 dozen, or dozen.  All baked items are free from wheat, gluten, dairy, and eggs.  Please be aware that while our products are vegan and gluten-free, our facility cannot ensure they are entirely free from all allergens due to possible cross-contact.

Shipping & Storage: Products are shipped frozen with ice packs, and they defrost within 30-40 minutes. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and should be eaten within 3 days of arrival or kept frozen for up to 3 months.

Ingredients: Cake: sugar, rice flour, potato starch, canola oil, corn starch, leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, xanthan gum  Frosting: plant-based butter (vegetable oil blend: palm fruit, soybean, canola, olive oils, water, salt, contains less than 2% of natural flavor, defatted soy flour, soy lecithin, lactic acid (to protect freshness), annatto extract (color)), organic oats, filtered water, organic powdered sugar, vanilla extract.
